For our first limited edition blend we wanted to combine 3 coffees together that would offer a harmony of their best qualities, and we couldn't be happier with the result!

This is a blend of 3 top-notch coffees. We used our Katia Belo Brazil as a base with 60%. This provides a good robust foundation, providing oodles of sweetness and body. The middle notes are given by the Banka Natural from China. It's juiciness and those fruit and wine notes layer perfectly with the chocolate sweetness of the Brazil, bringing a thick almost molasses-like mouthfeel to the blend. For the top notes we used the China Banka Washed. This coffee provided just enough acidity to cut through the sweetness of the coffee and helping to round the whole thing out.

Step 1. Heat your water
95°C - 97°C
Step 2. Weigh your coffee
6g of coffee for every 100g of water.
Step 3. Prep your brewer
Add your filter and rinse.
Step 4. Add your coffee
Grind if necessary, and add to brewer.
Step 5. Start brewing
Set your timer and pour your water.
Step 6. Drink!
Take your mug of fresh coffee and enjoy.
